My years as a nurse and nurse practitioner taught me how to listen deeply and understand the body's patterns. Now, as a functional, root-cause health coach, I use that insight to support you in making sustainable lifestyle changes—outside the clinical setting. My work blends conventional healthcare experience with specialized training in functional and integrative health, years of personal research, and a whole-person approach to wellness.
