Coaching is collaborative and educational, helping you build clarity, resilience, and sustainable habits that support long-term health.
How do sessions work?
Sessions are held one-on-one in a supportive, conversational format. We meet virtually to explore what’s been going on, identify patterns, and create realistic next steps that fit your life. I also share helpful resources, books, and further reading when relevant, and aim to be a trusted resource for you throughout the process. This work is personalized and collaborative, with guidance and reflection between visits to support steady, sustainable progress—especially for those willing to engage fully in the work.
Who is coaching for?
Coaching is for individuals who want a thoughtful, personalized approach to their health and are ready to look beyond quick fixes. This work is well suited for those navigating ongoing or complex concerns, seeking clarity, and willing to engage in meaningful, sustainable change.
How long are sessions?
Session lengths vary depending on which tier you have selected. Allowing time for thoughtful conversation, reflection, and practical guidance without feeling rushed is a priority. The chosen length supports a calm, in-depth approach while still fitting into real life.
Can I book anytime?
Yes! I offer flexible scheduling to fit your busy life.
What if I need support between sessions?
Support between sessions is an important part of the work. Depending on how we’re working together, you may have access to thoughtful check-ins, shared resources, or guidance between visits. For clients enrolled in a 3-month container and monthly coaching, this includes ongoing check-ins and support to help you stay supported and moving forward between sessions. While coaching isn’t designed for urgent or real-time support, I aim to be a steady resource so you don’t feel like you’re navigating things alone.
Why work with me?
My work blends experience in conventional healthcare with focused training in functional and integrative health. I’ve walked this path personally and approach coaching with empathy, deep listening, and thoughtfulness. Together, we create a customized roadmap that may include lifestyle changes, foundational habits, sleep and circadian rhythm education, nutrition and supplement guidance, and other supportive tools — all designed to fit into real life and create meaningful, lasting impact.
What kind of testing do you offer?
When appropriate, I can help you explore functional medicine testing options based on your goals, needs, and budget. I’m also happy to review existing lab work from your healthcare provider with an eye toward optimal ranges. If you use wearable technology, such as an Oura Ring, we can review that data together and use it to inform thoughtful, personalized recommendations.
