My approach
I’m Camille, a nurse and nurse practitioner turned functional health coach. My work is shaped by years in conventional healthcare alongside dedicated training in functional and integrative health, as well as my own personal experience navigating health from the inside out.
I spent many years working in traditional healthcare, where I saw how often symptoms were managed without addressing underlying causes. For the past five years, I've dedicated myself to studying functional and integrative approaches—learning how to look at the whole person, not just isolated complaints. What I've learned — both professionally and personally — is that the most meaningful results often come from thoughtfully combining approaches, rather than subscribing to rigid rules or one philosophy. I believe in using all the tools available to us—sunlight, minerals, quality food, restorative sleep, homeopathy, movement, strategic supplementation—with intention, discernment, and respect for the individual.
I’ve walked this path myself, and I never ask clients to do things I haven’t explored, practiced, or integrated into my own life. This lived experience informs the way I guide others — with realism, compassion, and an understanding of what sustainable change actually looks like day to day.
At the heart of my work is deep listening. I approach each client with empathy, curiosity, and care, taking time to understand context, patterns, and what truly matters to you. This is not a one-size-fits-all process, and it’s never about forcing change. Instead, we work collaboratively to create a customized roadmap that fits your life.
That roadmap may include lifestyle shifts, foundational habits, circadian rhythm and sleep education, nutrition and supplement education, and other supportive tools — always chosen thoughtfully and tailored to your needs, capacity, and goals.
My aim is simple: to improve the quality of life for every person I work with, and to offer high-impact, meaningful support that feels both grounded and realistic. This work is about long-term well-being, resilience, and helping you feel more at home in your body and your life. My clients often tell me they finally feel heard—and that together, we create a path forward that actually fits their real life.
Outside of this work, I value time in nature, thoughtful routines, travel, spending time with my husband and toddler and a life that balances intention with enjoyment. I believe health should support living fully, not restrict it.
