Ongoing one-on-one coaching with monthly 60-minute sessions and email support between calls. This flexible option provides space for deeper exploration, accountability, and steady support over time. Continue month-to-month for as long as it's helpful. Guidance, resources and reflection included in this option.

Investment: $450/month

A comprehensive, structured coaching experience designed to help you build sustainable foundations and create lasting change. This program includes a 90-minute initial assessment, bi-weekly 60-minute sessions (6 sessions total over 3 months), ongoing email support, personalized protocols, and regular progress tracking.

Best for: Those ready to invest in meaningful transformation with guided, step-by-step support.

Investment: $2,400 (or 3 payments of $850).
